JOB SUMMARY:

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels by tracking incoming and outgoing of products, to and from the warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for inventory adjustments, managing warehouse stock levels, and identifying potential stock discrepancies. These activities include but are not limited to extensive use of Made4Net WMS software, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, our proprietary order management system (OLO), physical moves and counting of inventory, and clear communication with teams from other departments within the facility.

SCHEDULE:
  • 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Friday with Overtime (Saturday 7 am-noon) as required

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain inventory accuracy managing the ding/reject and replacement of items damaged during production
  • Serve as a business partner and point of contact between multiple internal and external team members
  • Maintain involvement in and awareness of all aspects of the department in order to ensure smooth flow of orders
  • Collaborate with other departments to address inventory concerns
  • Processing return to stocks related to customer returns, picking errors, and cancelled orders
  • Assist with internal inventory audits by completing a cycle count
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to optimize inventory control

MARGINAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Ability to complete any aspect of a Warehouse II Associate assignment, this includes becoming a Certified on PIT (Power Industrial Tools) ex. Order processor

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Experience maintaining work levels in a fast-paced work environment
  • An understanding of WMS (Warehouse Management System) and OLO ordering software
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail in the midst of many distractions
  • Superior communication skills in order to maintain excellent working relationships with other department personnel for business needs
  • Ability to drive results and work well under pressure
  • Impeccable organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Good typing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office program

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to reach and use hands, fingers and arms
  • Ability to move about the facility when needed
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and crouch
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed
