JOB SUMMARY:
The Headwear Trimmer is responsible for trimming excess thread and Pellon from the logo. The Headwear Trimmer is the person that is responsible for ensuring excellent quality and meeting company production standards.

- $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
- None
- Trim and remove excess threads and Pellon.
- Attach hang tags and UPC stickers.
- Ensure excellent quality.
- Bagging and packing the final product.
- Tie on threads.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Ability to read instructions in English.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess initiative, energy, and drive.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers and management.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to use hands, fingers, and arms.
- Ability to demonstrate fine dexterity skills.
- Ability to climb, bend, reach, kneel and crouch.
- Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Exposure to moderate noise level.
- Close and distance vision.
- Color vision.
- Closed toe footwear is required when entering the Production Floor.
- 3:30 pm – 12:00 am Monday – Friday with Overtime (during the week) as required.
