JOB SUMMARY:
The Embroidery Team Member is part of an assigned group and is responsible for preparing products and operating a multi-head embroidery machine; responsibilities also include thread management, cleaning, and inspecting products while ensuring production of only the highest level of quality.
SCHEDULE:
- 3:30 pm – 12:00 am Monday – Friday with Overtime (extended hours after the shift during the week Monday - Wednesday only) as required

- Verify product and components are correct
- Prepare product for production; including hooping,
- Prepare machine for production; including threading
- Remove excess threads and debris from the product
- Remove Pellon from inside of the product
- Add/remove stickers, hangtags, and UPC labels
- Minor machine maintenance
- Additional duties as assigned
- Ability to follow verbal instructions

- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for the duration of scheduled shift
- Repetitive use of both hands, all fingers, and both arms to handle, push/pull, touch, pinch, and/or grasp
- Ability to walk about the facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to demonstrate fine dexterity skills
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb, reach overhead, and crouch
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed
- Close and distance vision
- Color vision
- Ability to thread a needle
- Exposure to moderate noise level.
